Peer Chat

ETSi provides direct TCP-based private messaging between peers.

Starting a conversation

1. Open the Directory tab
2. Click on any active peer in the list
3. A chat window opens with a direct TCP socket connection to that peer on port 9095

Notes

• Messages are sent directly over a raw TCP socket — no relay, no server
• No message history is stored anywhere
• No accounts or authentication required
• If a peer disconnects, the chat session ends
